قررت رابطة البريميرليج “الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز” ورابطة التشامبيونشيب، حظر رفع أعلام فلسطين أو إسرائيل في المباريات.

ويأتي ذلك في ظل الحرب الدائرة التي تشنها إسرائيل على فلسطين وفرض حصار شامل على قطاع غزة.

وأشارت صحيفة “ديلي ميل” البريطانية، إلى أن هذا القرار يأتي بسبب ردود الفعل المتباينة داخل المملكة المتحدة مع وجود أصوات مؤيدة للشعب الفلسطيني وأخرى مدعمة لإسرائيل، وتريد كلا المنظمتين لكرة القدم منع أي مشكلة داخل الملاعب.

ويأتي هذا القرار بعد أيام فقط من قرار الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم بمنع رفع أي من الأعلام داخل ملعب ويمبلي خلال مباريات إنجلترا بفترة التوقف الدولي في أكتوبر الجاري.

وأوضح التقرير أنه سيتم إرتداء شارات سوداء من جانب اللاعبين والمدربين والموظفين بالملاعب، وسيتم الوقوف دقيقة صمت قبل انطلاق المباريات، حدادًا على أرواح الضحايا.

وأكد التقرير أن رابطة البريميرليج والتشامبيونشب تشاورا مع مسؤولي الأمن والأندية قبل اتخاذ قرارهم، وبالتالي لن يُسمح للمشجعين بحمل أي من الأعلام المذكورة أثناء المباريات.

غادر جود بيلينجهام، مباراة ريال مدريد وسبورتنج براجا، في الدقيقة 89، ودخل بدلا منه لوكاس فاسكيز، مما أدى إلى إثارة الشكوك حول سبب التبديل.

وحقق ريال مدريد فوزًا صعبًا وثمينًا على سبورتنج براجا في عقر داره، ونجح جود بيلينجهام في تسجيل الهدف الثاني قبل أن يشعر بانزعاجات حسبما وصفت صحيفة ماركا.

وأكدت الصحيفة المقربة من ريال مدريد، أن بيلينجهام اضطر لمغادرة أرض الملعب لشعوره بانزعاجات، ومن حيث المبدأ، هناك شعور بأن قرار الخروج كان بدافع الحذر أكثر من كونه يعاني من مشكلة خطيرة.

As Shane Watson returned to the crease after being struck on the helmet on Tuesday, David Warner tested out his sore thumb for the first time, and Ryan Harris continued to bowl in his recovery from a quadriceps injury, Marsh was struck on the left hand while facing Josh Hazlewood.He immediately removed his glove and was checked by team doctor Peter Brukner, before heading indoors for further assessment. Marsh returned to the nets at the MCG later in Australia’s training session and faced throw-downs from batting coach Michael di Venuto, but it was still another injury worry for Australia only two days before the Boxing Day Test.Watson was hit on the helmet by a James Pattinson bouncer during Tuesday’s training session and on Wednesday, he started tentatively by facing a bowling machine in the MCG’s indoor nets, before heading outside to face net bowlers – not Australia’s Test fast men. Warner said it was understandable that Watson was shaken by the blow to the head, given the recent death of Phillip Hughes.”He’s a little bit shaken up yesterday and better for it today,” Warner said. “He went out there today and practised as well as I’ve seen him hit the ball. So it’s one of those things that us batsmen, we always go in there not expecting to be hit on the helmet and it probably shook him up a lot more than he would have anticipated.”And he was close to Hughesy and he was one of those guys that was on the field as well, so it brought back a bit of a memory for him and he got back on the horse and trained again today which was fantastic.”It was also an important net session for Warner, who was hit on the left thumb during Australia’s second innings at the Gabba and had not batted at training since then. Warner began by facing throw-downs from di Venuto and was often pulling his left hand off the bat handle as he played his shots, but he warmed into the session and was later slogging the net bowlers around.”It was okay, it was a bit sore when it hit the splice or the toe of the bat; that’s to be expected, but I feel good and I’m ready to go,” Warner said. “I tried to have a dip at the spinners to see if I could actually hit the ball as hard as I can, and it did feel real sore but I had to try and grind it out and get through that pain and I was able to do that.”Warner said he would field at mid-off rather than his usual position of gully in an effort to protect his thumb. He is far from the only Australian entering the match with an injury concern. Harris missed the Gabba Test due to a quadriceps strain but is expected to play at the MCG after bowling well in the nets over the past two days.Harris is likely to replace Mitchell Starc, who was also bowling in the nets on Wednesday after hobbling away from training on Tuesday when he was hit on the knee while batting. Allrounder Mitchell Marsh batted in the nets on Wednesday as he continues to travel with the team, although he is not officially part of the squad for Boxing Day due to his hamstring injury.

Easily cowed during the Tests, West Indies deployed arguably a stronger line-up for the first T20 and, despite an unconvincing finish, proved too good for an experimental South Africa. Dwayne Smith fell lbw to Tahir in the next over, although he appeared to get some glove on the ball, and Gayle then throttled back a touch, content he had stated his case. Three times he reached out to swipe Tahir over the ropes before the big game reached his end game. Tahir was the pick of the South Africa bowlers and his exuberant celebrations seemed to inspire a late fightback. But by the time South Africa’s seamers were able to exert any control, the match was already lost.West Indies’ attack had proved better suited to the surface, with their battery of medium-pace allrounders concentrating on bowling cutters and slower balls, asking the batsmen to force the pace. وأكمل: “حدث شيء من اللاعبين في الكرة (العارضية) ولا أريد ذكر أسماء محددة وسوف أتحدث معهم في الغرف المغلقة”.

واعترف المدير الفني للزمالك بالخطأ بسبب عدم اللعب بمهاجم صريح، مضيفًا أنه بعد التأخر بهدفين كان يجب أن يلعب بثنائي هجومي صريح لتعويض التأخر.

وأردف: “دفعت في المباراة الماضية بثلاثة مدافعين وأخطأت في التشكيل اليوم ولعبت بأربعة لاعبين في خط الدفاع واعترف بهذا الخطأ”.

واختتم: “مشاركة شيكابالا مسؤوليتي وأنا من يتحمل أداءه الجيد أو السيئ في المباريات”.

O Santos começou a partida pressionando o Athletico. Os comandados de Jorge Sampaoli atacavam e roubavam a bola no campo ofensivo, tudo para não dar oportunidades aos paranaenses. Aos sete, a primeira grande chance: após o goleiro Léo sair jogando errado, Marinho recuperou a bola, mandou forte e Léo Pereira, na hora certa, no lugar certo, se jogou e evitou o gol do Peixe. Diego Pituca foi outro a tentar, aos 25, mas desta vez o arqueiro do Furacão fez boa defesa.

FURACÃO ATORMENTA E FAZ
Os jogadores do Athletico acordaram depois dos sustos iniciais do Santos e passaram a atormentar na parte final do primeiro tempo. Aos 27, Everton Felipe mandou com perigo por cima do gol defendido por Everson. Aos 33, o goleiro fez duas defesas milagrosas, em sequência, em tentativas de Thonny Anderson e Vitinho. Já aos 41, entretanto, Everson não repetiu as boas defesas e Braian Romero, livre, fez o 1 a 0 para o Athletico – justo pelas chances criadas.

CONTRA O PREJUÍZO
Após sair atrás, o Santos passou a correr contra o prejuízo. Ainda no primeiro tempo, nos acréscimos, Jean Mota teve a chance do empate em cobrança de faltamas Léo voou e evitou o gol tirando a bola praticamente de onde a coruja dorme. Já na volta para a etapa final, com segundos, Eduardo Sasha foi travado na hora do chute. E aos oito, outro milagre, desta vez do goleiro do Athletico – em tentativa de Gustavo Henrique e a bola chegou a bater no travessão.

In the wake of India’s 2-0 series defeat in Australia and their slide to No. 7 in the Test rankings, Rahul Dravid has urged a long-term approach to improving their overseas performances.”I’m not a big one for rankings,” Dravid told ESPNcricinfo. “Whether we’re seventh or fifth, for me that doesn’t really make a huge difference. We are not going to be playing overseas for a long time, so our rankings will definitely improve.”We will perform well in India. We’ve got the batting line-up now, we’ve got some very good spinners who can bowl well in these conditions, so if we were having this conversation in 24 months and we haven’t played a lot overseas, then I might be talking about ‘oh, great, we’re up there in numbers one and two’.”So that’s not the point. The point for me is, how well we do when we go overseas from now, and what are the steps that we’re taking to address some of the issues that have become pretty evident over the last 12-14 months.”India, Dravid said, were close to building a batting line-up that would be competitive in all conditions, but they would need a big improvement in the bowling to be able to win abroad consistently.”The bowling has been a big let-down, and I think if you are not consistently bowling well, if you don’t have world-class bowlers in both pace and spin, then you’re going to slide down the rankings because you’re not going to produce results.”The current crop of bowlers have failed on several overseas tours, but Dravid hinted that they may still be the best options India have at the moment, with no standout performers in domestic cricket.”It’s a tough one. I follow Ranji Trophy cricket and cricket in India, and there’s not a lot of talent. The cupboard, unfortunately in the bowling department, is not as well stocked as we would like it to be.”Hopefully it can change and things like this can change in six months, eight months, sometimes you can find a young, exciting fast bowler somewhere or a super spinner somewhere, that happens. But the reality is that we were all excited, before the Australia tour. We had got 2-3 guys, Umesh Yadav, Varun Aaron, all bowling 140-plus; there’s always Ishant Sharma; Bhuvi [Bhuvneshwar Kumar] has come along a long way.”So I’m not saying that these guys are finished. There are clearly lessons that they need to learn, areas that they need to work on. You could have the same set of bowlers, but if they improve and get better, I think that’s the ideal situation, because when I look around the place, I don’t necessarily see many bowlers shouting out or banging the door open at the moment to say, look, pick me, I will do the job for you in Test cricket.”Virat Kohli, Dravid said, was the ideal captain for India to plan their Test future around.”I think it’s early days for Virat. But he’s shown that he can lead. One of the biggest pluses for me was his own performance in this series. The worst thing would have been, for someone like Virat, who was the obvious successor to Mahendra Singh Dhoni, to have not performed and not been sure of his own place, which was one of the concerns after the tour of England.”But that’s not the case, now we know that Virat’s a shoo-in candidate for the captaincy, he’s someone whom Indian cricket can plan long-term with, and that’s what they should do. Results will take care of themselves, with the right plans you’re making, right noises you’re making to go out and find bowlers and plan long-term, and sit down and think about how are we playing these tours, are we preparing well enough, are we going there well in advance, playing the practice games, what are the kind of skills required.”These are the kind of things that need to be done behind the scenes. If Virat can do that process, he’ll find that the results will follow, because in a country like India, with the number of people playing, talent’s got to be there. It’s just a question of finding it.”

O Botafogo foi derrotado pelo Internacional, neste sábado, por 3 a 2, no Beira Rio – em partida válida pela 17ª rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro. Lançado no segundo tempo por Eduardo Barroca, Fernando acabou se tornando um personagem importante para o resultado.

Um toque de mão, admitido pelo lateral após a partida, causou a anulação do gol de Alex Santana no Beira-Rio – que seria o primeiro do Botafogo. Depois, um erro de passe do camisa 13 originou o segundo gol do colorado, jogando um balde de água fria na evolução do Alvinegro no segundo tempo.

– Sim , ela pega do ombro para o braço. Dá para falar que foi mão, sim.Acho que no segundo tempo voltamos com outra cara, melhoramos. A gente tentou propor o jogo, estávamos atrás do placar e tivemos que nos expor mais, levamos os gols em falhas individuais, uma inclusive minha. Mas é do jogo, quando você está atrás do placar, tem que correr atrás, arriscar. Fizemos um segundo tempo digno, mas óbvio que há o que melhorar.

Com a derrota em Porto Alegre, o Botafogo ficou com 23 pontos, na décima posição do Brasileiro. Pela competição, o Alvinegro volta a campo contra o Atlético-MG, no próximo domingo.
